BGC8 Episode 10

I haven't blogged about this show since the first episode. Boy, have my feelings changed about most of them, not all. I am still not a fan of Erica or Venetia or whatever she wants to call herself. All I can say about her is annoying and seems like she is putting up too much of a front. Amy went from schizo to cool to shady to follower. Gia was my fave on the first episode but that didn't last long. She turned into Erica's puppy dog and followed her lead everywhere. Jenna was too much of a party animal for the crowd she got put with. What to say about Mimi? Not much that's for sure. A big womp, womp there. Elease could have been the baddest, nicest girl if she didn't join up with the girls who trashed her stuff and jumped her. She did take it like a champ, I will give her that. That is pretty lame to me. If I were her, I would have rolled solo (until any possible replacements came) and got each and everyone of them chicks back, MidWest style. I would have laid back and picked them all off one by one. You got jumped, the gloves are off, but don't click up with the people that jumped you, that is far from bad it's stupid.  The twins Dani and Gabi were not my faves by far on episode 1 but by episode 10, they had won me over. Not because they bullied Elease but because they stuck to their word. If I say I am going to do something, I do it, right or wrong. They earned my respect. And they took they jumping like champs too. Well I am really waiting for the new girls to come in. I already know Camilla is going to be the new top dog. Don't mess with her, the clip I saw of her snatching Amy up by the throat was no joke! Amy didn't have a fighting chance. Christine looks like she gets targeted from jump because she has the pretty, innocent babyface. I just don't get how after the twins left, the girls decided to treat the new girls the way they did Elease. What? Didn't you all back track and say bullying is bad and we're going to look like idiots. And it sure looks like you they make themselves look like asses. I don't get all the constant flip flopping this season. Like the twins dad says, "Pick a side", and stick to it.

Great new show on Oxygen called Brooklyn 11223 on Mondays following The Bad Girls Club. The show started 3/28/2012 (only a few short days ago) and we have already seen twitter beef between the two main teams. Too bad I can't join either team yet, too soon. However, there are two cast members that are my favorites, Angelina and Nick. I am definitely on their teams. Angelina just kicks back whether it's with the girls or the guys. And Nick, well he seems to know the scoop around town on everybody, and he is pretty damn nice to look at and that accent will melt about any girl, along with the rest of the Brooklyn Boys. The humor of those two is really what pulled me to their side. Now to the real teams- Team Christie and Team Joey Lynn. They seem to both be hiding something or at least that is the vibe I get from them. I really think Nick was on to something and knows more than he is telling. But you can't let out all the dirt on the first episode. I just don't get why Christie is still dwelling on it if she has a new man? Joey Lynn denies everything. And Christie says, "If I did that, I wouldn't tell a soul." Hmmmm. So what did you do your not telling is what I thought. But hey this is all guesses since we have only saw the first episode. Unless you're from the 11223, you are going to have to wait with the rest of us for the rest of the season to air. But this is one show I won't be missing.

Love and Hip Hop Recap Episode

Love and Hip Hop recap was super funny to me.  Somaya is all mad saying she’s not mad, a knocked up Kimbella leaves Julz, Emily is dating Fab (again), Erica blames others for fights she starts and then cries, Chrissy really does hate Yandy, Olivia can’t make a decision and Yandy is just about the money.  Does any of it surprise you? I am not surprised at all.  Everyone wants the spotlight by themselves but none really deserve it.  The one thing I am surprised about is how likable Kimbella really is.  Other than that the season started strong and ended with a “womp, womp.”

RHOBH Reunion

RHOBH. Wow where to start…. We’ve seen the first two parts of the reunion and it just seems odd.  Why is Adrienne attacking Lisa? She must not like her because Brandi put it out there and she never said, “It’s not true, I like Lisa”. So Adrienne is pretty fake seeming. And why tell Taylor to do a reality show to help get out of an abusive relationship? A friend would help not tell her to get on TV.  These two ladies seem all about the money and fame, in my opinion.  To me they could get replaced and it would make a better show.  Kyle just seemed like she wanted to talk about others behind their back but didn’t want to cop to it in their faces. Suck it up Kyle and just say what you mean! I really love Brandi. She says what is on her mind even if it is inappropriate.  She is the prime example of Dace Chappelle’s, “When keeping it real, goes wrong.”  She makes me LOL every time and just because she’s upfront doesn’t make her mean or a bully.  It’s her opinion, take it or leave it.  I think the ladies are really reading Lisa the wrong way. She is sarcastic, joker. She is not serious and it is all in fun. Some people take things way to seriously. Its life let us have fun with it! Till next week for the final showdown!

BGC8 Episode 3

BGC8 episode 3 was just okay.  They preplanned to jump Jenna, which is lame even for BGC standards.  Twins attacked Mimi because she is not holding a grudge against Amy. Amy acted a lot more “normal” this episode.  I don’t get them, “Let’s attack everyone else” thing that the twins, Erica and Gia are doing but it is making them unlikable.  Erica, honestly, should have just been sent home for being obnoxious in my opinion.  I am starting not to like this season let us hope that with Elease’s entrance we will see some real action.  I am already ready for BGC9 or at least give the twin’s dad a show, now he is funny. Other than that just give them jello and it's jello wrestling! lol

Baseball Wives

Baseball Wives ended with a bang on the season finale.  I really think this show was underrated and overlooked.  Personally I could go without another season of Basketball Wives (original).  To me it’s the same old same old with people who are not relatable at all.  Baseball Wives is more relatable people.  Anna Benson was her naturally, blunt, open, and honest self who made it an interesting season.  Most of the season revolved around her in some way.  But as you got to know her you loved her even more.  Chantal brought in Cheri Knoblauch to straighten out Anna but that did not stop her.  Brooke ended up the villain in the end, after saying all season she makes money from her face to learn that she is a nude model.  There is nothing wrong with that except her saying she makes money off her face when we all know if you’re nude, no one is looking at your face! LOL I don’t know why it was so hard to say yea I said those things but she didn’t. I didn’t not get how they were mad after the radio interview, except for Jordana; she had a right to be mad.  All in all who cares! I got to know these ladies during the first season and hopefully they bring on a season 2 or at least reunion show for us that invested our time into this show.  If VH1 really wanted it to be a hit, they could have promoted it better and stopped switching timeslots so much. 

Mob Wives

From the start of this season, we’ve heard double talk from Drita, nothing to offer from Carla, Karen beating a dead horse, and then there is Ramona, Renee, and Big Ang.  The latter three are definitely making this season interesting.  Ramona has proved her loyalty to Karen but I don’t understand why she hates Carla and Drita that much; all over talking shit about her and Karen? I think there has to be some background drama besides what we see.  I am sure probably a lot more than Carla and Drita wiped Karen’s name around Staten Island after her pops did what he did.  And why does Drita keep fronting? The first two episodes she back tracked on what she said in season one and after the fight said Karen wanted to make up. When? She said she never said Karen wasn’t her friend but did.  So, that being said, I am sick of the drama between Karen and Drita.  The more Karen pursues it and talks about it; it makes it look more like it was about Lee than about friendship.  And I hope Drita stops trying to look better than she’s acting, keep it real.  This season is really about Ramona, Renee, and Big Ang, in my opinion.  Ramona is a firecracker and says what’s on her mind.  Renee who is trying to make peace discovers what Ramona said about Junior on the next episode (turns out Ramona was right about him).  And last, but certainly not least, Big Ang, the Mob grandmother, she is full of energy with her raspy voice, keeps it real, and looks like fun! Who doesn’t love Big Ang this season?  If you say me, you’re a fucking liar! LOL
